One of the most life changing experiences I have ever had was going to Younglife Camp in the summer before my sophomore year. Going in to it i was nervous because I didn't know that many people going and I was worried about connecting with other people. Turns out going this camp was one of the best choices I have made.
Everyone there was so friendly and there were people from all paths of life. The fact that a large group of diverse people could all come together was amazing to me. It made me become more open to new people and new experiences. This showed me that you should always give people a chance to get to know them before you are quick to judge. This experience helped me to interact with different people in school and just in life in general.
