JAPAN - Famous Dex
This song has been one of my personal favorites since it came out. I have no clue why but for some reason I can't get tired of it. While seemingly repetitive, it has a good beat to it and isn't too obscene. It's one of those songs I can always listen to and enjoy it.
Take it all Back 2.0 - Judah and the Lion
This song was chosen because it reminds of camp and summer. We play this song everyday at my camp during the summer, something I look forward to year round. Also, the upbeat tune gets me in a cheerful mood.
Fresh Eyes - Andy Grammer
Andy Grammar is a very underrated artist. Many people have listened to his songs such as Keep Your Head Up or Honey I'm Good. I grew up listening to him because my parents are also fans of him. His songs are very upbeat and have a nice and soft tone.
Year 3000 - Jonas Brothers
This song is honestly just a throwback song. I remember listening to this long ago when this band was popular. Also, it is a camp song and makes me reminisce of camp.
Narcos - Migos
However much I do like other genres, rap remains one of my top 3 genres of music. This is a great song because it isn't repetitive like most music, has a nice beat behind it and just the fact that Migos is a solid artist.
I Like Me Better - Lauv
I feel like a lot of people listen to songs for the lyrics. Thats not me. If I like the beat and the lyrics aren't nasty, then it goes on my playlist. Done deal.
