Assignment 20: lindsey angel

How to make ice:

While ice is a seemingly simple accessory to your favorite beverages, its creation is a delicate process. In order to create the perfect crystalline cubes that grace every refreshing summer drink, several careful steps must be taken.

Firstly, you must purchase a flexible ice tray (this flexibility will ensure that you are able to pop your product out of the tray with ease).

Next, you must fill the trays with water. As a tip, hot water freezes faster and ensures your cubes are as clear as possible.

After filling your trays with water, place them in the fridge.

Now for the hard part, waiting an excruciating four hours (or more) for your cubes to fully freeze.

While plain ice will always be a staple, you can also try spicing up your ice using fruit in water, juices (perfect for smoothies), coffee (perfect for making iced coffee without diluting it with melted ice), or even decorative flowers for ice baths.
